These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website https://mimicdigital.in operated by mimicdigital.in Consultancy Services, a registered enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Nature of Consulting Services

mimicdigital.in Consultancy Services provides operations consulting, Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) plant advisory, and throughput/yield optimization services for food manufacturing and processing facilities across Kitchen Equipment, Making Lines, and Packing Lines.

2. Intellectual Property & Plant Data

Client manufacturing data, recipe specifications, yield logs, and proprietary plant floor information shared during on-site or virtual audits are treated with strict confidentiality under mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Custom plant reports and SOPs developed for a client become client property upon full settlement of contracted milestone fees.

3. Engagement & Plant Safety Standards

During on-site plant diagnostic walks and implementation sprints, both parties adhere to statutory FSSAI hygiene standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility safety protocols.

4. Diagnostic Audits & Sprints

- 2-Day On-Site Diagnostic: Involves pre-audit data exchange, 2 days of shop-floor evaluation, and delivery of the Executive Diagnostic Report. Rescheduling requires at least 5 business days' notice.
- 90-Day Implementation Sprint: Governed by agreed baseline KPIs (e.g. giveaway %, OEE %, changeover time) and phased milestones established during Phase 1.
